Yirgacheffe is the birthplace of arabica coffee, and Adado is the epicenter of coffee trade in the area. Adado coffee are some of the most sought after coffees around, and this lot is a shining example of what Ethiopian coffee should be. Grown at a nosebleed inducing elevation, these coffees take slightly longer to ripen, enhancing flavours and ensuring excellent quality in your cup. Adado washed coffees really pop, notes of stone fruit, lemon, honey and black tea are very evident in this offering.
