We are so thrilled to have Amparo's coffee on offer for late Summer - this is a coffee we tried a few years back and have only now secured very small amount. Thos os a beautiful coffee, an all day sipper, yet complex & sweet. You will love this roast.
Wife, mother, grandmother and coffee farmer... that is Amparo Botina. Her farm sits in a valley with the Los Arrayanes river at the bottom. Typically farms bordering this river produce excellent coffee and hers is no different. Our import partner Apex has been working with Amparo since 2017 and the premium she's received had allowed her to install a covered raised bed system for drying her coffee. The flavour intensity and shelf life of her coffees have dramatically improved as a result. Each year, this coffee tastes better and better.
